8. The said Certificate or other due recognition shall be a recognition of the Vendors' full and complete right and title to and ownership of the said premises including all foreshore and marine rights and shall not be limited or curtailed in any manner different to other full and complete recognitions of titles to lands situate in any part of the said Colony of Hongkong commonly known and described as the New Territories.

9. In the event of the Vendors being unable to obtain such Certificate or recognition as aforesaid within one year from the date hereof this agreement shall be null and void.

10. The costs of this agreement shall be borne by the said parties equally.

This Indenture,
